The tide granted Silver some sympathy and washed him up onto a beach. The telepathic hedgehog wasted no time in scrambling to refuge under a beach lounge chair. Free of the threat of getting washed away, Silver took a moment to admire the ocean mirroring the blue sky, the white froth as it broke and receded agains the white sand from the movements of the tide, how the sunlight reflecting off the water's surface causing the surface to shimmer beautifully. The sight only furthered 's resolve. He HAD to end Iblis before it began. However, he had more immediate concerns, where was he?
His thoughts were cut short as a shadow covered his hiding place. Silver looked up and saw who had decided to relax on the lounge chair he was under and saw it was a very attractive bat. Silver felt the "ground" under him shift and he looked up to see a giant hand heading straight for him. Silver turned and bolted but it was no use, he jumped off the she-bat only for the massive hand to reach out and close around him. The world shifted as she moved and then Silver founde himself blinded as the hand he was in opened and light poured into his field of vision.
As he rubbed his eyes to clear the blurs away, he heard someone speak.
"Nice try, whatever you are, but nothing escapes the notice of Rouge the bat."
As Silver's sight returned, he fell backwards with a yelp as there was a near plant-sized eye inches from him. Rouge, if he'd heard right, looked him over, examining him.
When she had deducted whatever the tiny creature she'd captured was indeed alive, Rouge...
