Gee, a ninja with the power to shrink at will. Its a good idea...Almost like it was taken from another ninja fan's fanfiction (Origins of JMDarkly). I wonder where sorrow came up with the idea?

Just kidding. It is a very fun idea open to much creativity and abuse, especially in the Naruto world. So, how are we going to use it here?

1) Ninjas of the Hidden Leaf use this power to infiltrate another village?

2) Other ninjas invade the Hidden Leaf in secret to gather intel?

3) Or is Naruto and some other guys being used as lab rats to test this new power?

4) Or is it something else?
