Max is still hungry and wants a midnight snack.

RRRRRRRUMBLE!!!!

Max groans awake, hunger pangs gnawing away at his gut. He growled with minor annoyance. This happened from time to time. He'd eat a big meal right before bed, then wake up half way through the night ravenously hungry. He grinned with mild satisfaction. Even an entire teenager isn't enough to keep him fed for long! Were he more awake, he would wonder about this, but at this point the only thing to do about it was to hope he had enough food on hand to satisfy his hunger.

He rises groggily out of bed and stumbles out of his room and into his kitchen, which still shows the destruction of his earlier meal. All the cabinet doors are strewn across the floor, having been ripped off their hinges by his mega belch. Ignoring these distractions, Max makes his way to his fridge, yanks it open, and begins to eat. He rips open several bags of cold cuts, cramming them into his mouth and chewing messily. Leftovers in styrofoam containers are wrenched open so that Max can shove his face straight into them and greedily snarf up everything edible in them. Buffalo wings are swallowed whole, bone and all, before Max can even take notice and washed down with several bottles of beer. Two gallons of milk are greedily chugged down, rivulets of milk spilling across his face and dripping down his peeks. Even raw chicken and bacon is slurped down without a single concern for contamination. Max has never suffered a moment of food poisoning in his gluttonous life and isn't going to start worrying about it now!

Eventually, Max's groping hands are met with nothing. He's cleaned out the entire fridge! Were he not half asleep as it was, he'd be surprised that he could still be this hungry after eating a whole person, but right now all he can think about is how angry he is that there's no more food!

"RRRRAGH!!!" Max roars, grabbing the sides of the fridge and throwing it to side, sending it slamming into the kitchen floor. Max is still hungry!!! Where will he find food at this hour???
