May leaves the cabin to find everyone had turne...

Though she knew it would be risky, May needed to know if the other passengers were affected or if she was the only one. Her tail now swinging back and forth anxiously (and subconsciously with anticipation), she decided to peek out of her cabin door.

Cautiously looking down one side of the hallway, she saw the floor she was on was nearly deserted, easing her a bit knowing that she has a better chance of sneaking around without being seen.

Unfortunately, those hopes were immediately set aside when she looked down the other side, looking just in time to spot a familiar pink tail end slipping around the corner. May's heart skipped at the sight, fearing the weirdness of the situation was about to skyrocket.

May followed after the tail, her plans of stealth immediately dropped as she already had a sinking feeling as to what she was about to find. She rounded the corner, only to watch the tail turn another up the stairs.

'Please, please, please, PLEASE! Let it not be what I think it is!' she frantically thought to herself as she reached the base of the stairs. She stood there for a moment, hesitating whether or not she really wanted to confirm her theory or not. She breathed in deep, bracing herself as she stepped out into the sunlit deck.

What May saw caused her tail to shoot up straight through her shorts: everyone on the cruise ship was either an anthro Skitty like herself or still in the process of changing. Skitty people were playing with the Poké beach balls that now bounced around the deck like felines while also playing around with each other, mainly with each other's tails. Others were curled up or stretched out on the lounge chairs as well as the warmed wooden floors. She even witnessed Skitty people purring on and grooming still changing humans, inadvertently accelerating the transformation.

But what shocked May the most was the fact that everyone seemed to be completely oblivious to their changes, their minds quickly settling into their bodies with matching mental changes.

Of course, what the Skitty-girl could not have ever completely known was that she was the patient zero to the Neo Pokérus, and that first contact had mutated the virus into a template anyone else who now came in contact with the virus as well as "improvements" to ensure optimal mental faculties for their new bodies.

May couldn't help but feel happy and energetic to see more of her kind...
"No, NO! I can't let myself fall for this!" she said to herself, despite her Skitty tail wagging happily. "I have to find out how to fix this!"

But what could she do now?
