It's definitely mammalian, likely feline or canine, you were never much of a tracker. As you look around the campsite, you realize it isn't actually abandoned, a crude tent is propped up, a bit obscured by a small tree. It appears no one is home. You investigate the tent and find a list of names. After reading over it, you realize that these are people who have gone missing!
You hear voices in the distance and jump behind a large rock. You peer over to see who it is.
Gnolls, Hyena folk. Two of them, a male and female. So it wasn't a cat or dog print... They sit in the camp and begin muttering to eachother. It's hard to make out what they're saying. You're sure they're responsible for the disappearances, or at the very least know something about them.
