Sam landed in the salad. He hid behind a lettuce leaf as the fork came down and stabbed a nearby tomato. He tried to get the girl's attention but she did not notice him. Sam realized that it was dangerous to remain in the salad bowl so he ran over to the edge and climbed out. Sam continued to try to get the girl's attention and finally she noticed him. She picked Sam up and hesitated for a moment on where to put him.
