The counselor said, ‘Hmm. I thought swapping bodies for awhile would help your relationship. But you both have slipped into each other’s life exactly as the other person does. Carrie is finding out what working long exhausting days are like and is acting like Mark always does at home. Likewise, Mark is acting just like Carrie does at home and can’t stand being unappreciated.”
Carrie and Mark both nodded in agreement. Carrie explained, “This little experiment just proves that we can’t get along any more. So we’ve agreed to get a divorce.” She held up the divorce papers that were signed this morning. Mark added, “We’d like to change back into our normal bodies now so we can both start our lives over.”
The counselor nodded, “I also agree. You two are not compatible no matter whose body you are in. However, this was just a follow-up counseling session. You’ll have to schedule an initial body-swap counseling appointment to see if you are accepted into the program. Then after that, you may or not be approved for an initial body-swap.”
Carrie seemed mad, “Why do you keep saying initial? This isn’t our first body-swap! We already went through the 6 week counseling course to be accepted into the body-swap program! We just want to get back to our normal bodies!”
The counselor held up their paperwork, “Like I mentioned in our last session, your body-swap was a fully legally binding exchange. Even though you verbally agreed with each other to eventually swap back, we treat every case as a new case. As far as the company is concerned, you are coming in for an initial body-swap precure and must go through initial counseling.” The counselor read the divorce papers and shook his head, “Divorces are always messy. I see you both signed the divorce papers giving the house and alimony to Carrie.” They both nodded and Mark groaned, “I still can’t believe she is getting so much out of me! I worked hard for all that money and to buy our house!”
The counselor told Mark, “You realize that you are still legally Carrie right now. So according to these legal divorce documents, YOU are the one who would receive alimony and the house.”
Mark seemed intrigued at the idea. Carrie interrupted, ‘Wait a second! That’s not fair! I’m the woman of our relationship! That’s why we came here to body-swap back into our normal bodies.” Carrie scolded Mark, “Don’t you even think about walking out of here with my body!”
The counselor pointed out, “Possession is 100% of the law these days. Mark is currently the woman of your marriage, so he will be treated like one during the divorce settlement.” Mark was now crossing his female legs and twirling his hair with a smirk, “So you are telling me I could be the one who never works and sits on my butt all day getting alimony? And I get to keep our house?”
The counselor nodded. Mark then celebrated, “Woo hoo!” He then jiggled his enormous breasts back for effect, “Before I go, how long does a simple body-modification take to schedule. These tits are killing me! Can I at least get a smaller rack today? It only takes a few seconds to do the procedure right?”
The counselor answered, “That’s not my department. You will have to talk with our appointment desk.”
Mark then grabbed Carrie’s purse and swayed his hips as he walked out the door, “See ya!”
Carrie stood up mad, “I can’t believe this? You are just going to let him steal my body?”
The counselor explained, “It’s legally HIS body now. I can’t stop anything. You are going to have to get some lawyers and try to see if your 'verbal' agreement to swap back has any merit. Things like this happen all the time at our company. That's why our lawyers have us stick to the book.”
The counselor then suggested, "Or. You could join another program here and find a new body to become and put your prior life behind you."
