After the time spent playing soccer at the park, Wolf followed Jake and Kyle to their house. They walked in, and got some cold water to drink in the kitchen, before Jake took Wolf upstairs to his bedroom. There, Jake closed his bedroom door, so that his little brother wouldn’t be able to come in and bother them anymore.
“Dude, I got something really cool to show you…” Wolf mentioned, as he sat down at the edge of Jake’s bed, while Jake sat down in the chair by his desk.
“Oh? What were you going to show me?” Jake wondered.
“I… I think I gained some weird superpower or something…” Wolf said in a soft tone of voice.
“Say what?”
“Like… I was able to control the minds of other people and make them do stuff…” Wolf continued.
“Whoa! That’s freaky! I mean… Are you sure?”
“Yeah… I used it on your little bro while we were playing soccer outside!” Wolf explained.
“You’re kidding me!”
“Nope! He was about to argue with you, but I made him kick the ball to you!”
“Oh, no way! No freaking way!” Jake said.
“I swear!”
“Prove it!”
Wolf stared at Jake and concentrated on making him stand up and walk towards the middle of the bedroom.
Suddenly, Jake got up from his chair, and remained standing right by his desk.
“Hey! What…. What the heck?” Jake gasped.
Then Jake started to take three steps towards the middle of the bedroom, facing Wolf.
“Hey! HEY! Are… Are you doing this to me?” Jake protested, while he was walking towards the middle of the bedroom.
“Yeah…” Wolf replied calmly.
Then, while standing in the center of the room, Jake flexed his calves, and stood on his toes for a few seconds, before lowering his heels again.
“Whoa! That… That was wicked!” Jake shouted. “You made me stand on my toes!”
“Alright, Jake… Now… HOP!” Wolf commanded.
Jake hopped in the air and landed on his feet.
“WHOA!” Jake gasped. “What the---?”
“HOP… HOP… HOP!” Wolf ordered.
Jake’s legs flexed and launched him straight into the air, and then he landed back on his feet, every time Wolf said the word “HOP”.
“HEY! STOP… STOP IT!” Jake gasped. “I… I believe you!”
“Ha ha!” Wolf laughed. “I can make you hop like a bunny rabbit, every time I say the magic word!”
Jake just stared at his friend with his mouth wide open as Wolf grinned at him…
