So how will our Caucasian try to 'shrink' herself? Magic: Involves spells, potions, summonings, contracts, wands, magical items and so on and so forth.

Science: involves chemicals, growth rays, shrink rays, nanomachines, aliens, and or ancient technology

Nature: This includes herbs, fruits, plants, organisms that exist in items like water, venom from animals that can cause growth.

It is possible to combine 2 together but if you do so make sure to explain how it's being combined to make it easier for future users to understand.
