What about these two that are responsible of making the other male person grow into the giant?

Dr Henry Wallace is 42 years old, and he’s a scientist working for the military. He’s been task to make a project and use on the subject to grow into a giant, while able to defend the country against any atrocities that might occur. The subject the scientist had chose is a 10 year old boy, named Arthur Moore, and he had no idea why he’s there until he meets Henry for the first time.

Tony Marsh is 40 years old, and is the film director. He wanted to make a movie about giant monster movies, and he actually hired a 12 year old boy, named Nick Meyer to be the lead role as a giant. Little does the boy know is that Tony doesn’t like 3D effects, so he wanted to make this real by making Nick a giant... for real!
