Shelly, the 21 years old policewoman

Shelly Twin is off duty today, and as she was going on her weekly jog, she saw a beam of red light appear out of the sky and completely engulf her. The intense flash and heat from the beam caused her to momentarily pass out.

When she came to, she came to a great realization: she had just, without warning, been given the powers of a god. She could warp reality! A smile came to her face, and several thoughts came to her. First, she could use this power to stop crime in this area once and for all. She had always been among the best in the police force, but crime had increased recently in the city. She could change it with a whim now.

Or she could have some fun first...
