You try to turn the tables by comically trying ...

You decided to play along and keep going along with the joke. But you knew there was an unspoken rule to comedy, the unexpected is always more funny than the predictable. Everyone was expecting you to run and have her chase you, so why not catch her off guard?

She was right on top of you and reached out to grab you, looking unsure as she expected you to be running already. Instead, you grab one of her outstretched hands and hold it up to your lips as you kiss it like her sister's. As the taste of cloth returns from before, you look up to see her stunned look and hear an "ooo" from the audience. You then see it begin to register to her what's happening as you give her a flirtatious look while you kiss her hand.

She giggles and you can see a blush under her makeup as you kiss up her arm a fair amount before taking a knee. At this point, the crowd was laughing at her over-the-top reaction to your affections. You looked like a lovestruck fool being unable to do anything without her.

Her not grabbing you or trying for the chase tells you that you've broken the routine enough to lower her guard, but now what?
