Tsunade, the 5th Hokage of Kohona, waited at the edge of the village for her subordinate Shizune to arrive from her three month vacation. Things had been hectic in the wake of her absence, at least for Tsunade. The Hokage had gotten drunk far more than she should have and gambled away all of her paychecks.
Not to mention the mountain of paperwork waiting for her to get to one of these days.
And Tsunade had eaten a lot. Her rounded belly and rear were proof of that, though she had used her chakra to eliminate most of the added poundage.
After twenty minutes of waiting Tsunade had fallen asleep. A loud belch woke her up and as she glared at whoever did something so raunchy in her presence, her eyes widened when she realized just who it was.
Shizune had gotten very obese! The formerly lithe medical ninja was now approaching five hundred pounds! Most of the weight was centered on Shizune's face, belly, and thighs but she had a rear three times the size of Tsunade's.
"Hello Lady Tsunade!" Shizune seemed a lot more cheerful as well. A fart blasted from her bowels then and Tsunade nearly gagged at it's stench.
"Shi-Shizune....what happened to you?!"
Shizune smiled widely at that and belched in her face.
"I decided to become a slob on vacation. Us slobs don't have to worry about deadlines or getting their lazy boss to do their job. We can let it all hang out and not have to apologize for anything!" She farted and belched at the same time once she was done explaining.
Tsunade didn't know how to respond to her now slobby right hand.
