After the flash was gone it left the group switched in the following way:

Alex now had all of Elizabeth's memories and even remembered having his mom's body.
Stephanie had all of Amanda's memories and remembered having her body too.
Amanda had all of Karen's memories and remembered having her body.
Karen had all of Stephanie's memories and also remembered having her body.
Elizabeth (Alex and Kate's mom) had all of Kate's memories and also remembered having his body.
Kate had all of Alex's memories and even remembered having his body.
