You immediately go inside your mother and possess the fetus inside your mother's womb, it was just in time too as it was about to die.

You realise almost immediately there is another fetus next to you, your mom is having twins.

You have possessed the female twin and the other is male and identical twins two well apart from the gender differences anyway.
