Link opened up the bottle and carefully placed Navi on his table.
"Ah good you're awake." Link said "How are you feeling Navi?"
"Okay i guess but what happened and why am I here?" Navi asked.
"Well you got struck by lightning and the only way to safely carry you was in the bottle, you've been out cold for three days!" Link answered.
"Thanks for helping me." Navi said sheepishly looking away from him ashamed of leaving him. "I'm sorry that I left you but the rules if the great fairies are absolute. Fairies are not allowed to be the guardians of non-Kokiri."
"Oh well that's not a problem." Link replied calmly making Navi give him a quizzical look.
"And why is that?" Questioned the confused fairy.
"Well when I returned to the forest after we saved the world, the Deku Tree turned me into a full fledged Kokiri." Link answered happily.
"That means I can be your guardian!!" Navi exclaimed. "Let's go rub it in Mido's face I'm sure he's been teasing you non-stop since I left."
