As she gives you another jug, you're once again press against her large pregnant belly and can once again feel the babies moving inside. You summon enough strength to jug her right back. You're still not sure you're ready to be a father, but you still love your girlfriend, and still think she's the hottest girl you've ever seen even despite her new large pregnant belly, in fact you think she's even hotter with a large belly. As she lets you go from her jug and takes your hand and guides you to the bed to "talk", you're force to make a quick decision:

Stay with your girlfriend and accept all the responsibilities of being a father, or leave her and her babies and risk never seeing her again.

Whatever you choose, you better choose it now, you're already sitting next to her in bed and she's moving in for a kiss.
