All tied up

Rouge couldn't believe her eyes, plant vines spread all over Tails' house while multiple vines had him tied down. "Cosmo" Rouge heard Tails whine, " Why are you doing this?" With a sinister chuckle that sent shivers down Rouge's spine, Cosmo simply said "Because I want to." Suddenly, the flowers on Cosmo's head became a strange tint that matched the jewel on Rouge's ring and puffed a strange powder on Tails, putting him to sleep. Wrapping up the rest of his body, Cosmo motioned for the vines to follow her as she went down to the basement. Rouge stood there in awe as she wondered what she could do. She could quickly hypnotize someone nearby to help her, as it appeared Cosmo was ready for anything. Then again, she had the element of surprise and who knows what that crazy plant-girl was going to do to Tails.
