You stare at the letter the tall, posh man handed you. You didn't need to read it since you wouldn't believe the contents anyway. A mansion? With a full staff? “I can’t afford you!”
Keichi raised an eyebrow at the comment. “Your uncle left you enough money to cover our services for a few decades. He understood how hard it was for you to make money, and there will be no judgment from us about the matter. Your uncle treated us like family and we will try to do the same to you. Now come along, let me show you your new home.”
You nod dumbly, trying to process. You’re led to a nondescript car, that led the two of you down a long winding road to a massive mansion. It looked like it belonged in a movie. Keichi had you follow him inside, the first room you see being the entrance hall that had a chandelier costing more than your yearly salery.
Keichi let out a sigh and said, “The rest of the staff was supposed to meet us here but they’re off doing things. We have a tailor, a chef, and a gardener. Who do you want to meet first?”
