"Oh, nothing, nothing," Danny said, a smug grin plastered across his face. His sister just rolled her eyes and turned to walk away. Doing his best to follow her while not making too much noise or tripping in his new high heels, Danny thought about what else he could swap to mess with his sister. She already had the body of a little girl, although she still kept her own face. Maybe you could give her an even more embarrassing outfit, or try to find some other body parts to give her to mess her up a bit further.
Meanwhile, as Danny pondered this, the little girl walked away with her mother, taking Brittany's body and Danny's clothes and hair with her. He hadn't exactly been thinking about that when he decided to mess with his sister, but now if he ever wanted to return to his own life, he'd end up with the clothes and hair of the little girl, and it would probably prove difficult to find the girl who now owned his clothes.
