It was your mom and she was incredibly enormous. Your mom made you thin by comparision, and she was able to lift you into her gigantic fat arms without even a sign of strain.

"There you are, sweet baby," your mom coos, you not understanding what is happening. Your mom rubs your belly and kisses your cheeks until you stop crying.
