She grabs another glob with her other hand as her other finger is still inside of you. This one she rubs on your penis, covering it, stroking it. The nice sensation causes you to loosen up.
Removing her finger she grabs a final glob and grabs the pointy end of the enema tubing, rubbing it all over. She grabs your penis again, stroking it. At the same time she slowly inserts the enema head. It hurts but your penis is a nice distraction so you don't resist. She wiggles it back and forth until it is firmly in. "Now that that is all set, let's begin"
As the enema fills your stomach she rubs your abdomen, kissing your forehead and occasionally stroking your penis. You struggle against the restraints as you fill more and more full. "Don't fight it, it only makes it worse, you are so close, 30 more seconds," she says increases her massage speed.
