Brookkit felt the sun shine through the clouds and warm her soft blue pelt. She shouldn't be out here, she had been sternly told not to, but the she-kit had done it anyways in hopes of finding adventure. Brookkit didn't believe in those stories about owls carrying away the kits who strayed away from their mothers. To her it was a bunch of useless leaves that had fallen onto the ground during leaf-fall. Standing outside of the camp, the tiny felt that the world was hers explore, to make more beautiful.
