“Ah, about to start my plan into motion are you?” the dridder queen said as she came to where Zanik and the guards were talking. Zanik had lied about her not being at the village, there wer no battles being fought that day.
“Yes Mother. I was just about to deal with the human princess.” Zanik replied with a smile.
“Good, good. You two shall be rewarded greatly when the plan succeeds. And if by some misfortune you don’t make it back you families shall receive your reward.” The queen said to the two soldiers.
“Thank you Queen Zarinia.” One said as they both bowed.
“You’re dismissed.” Zarinia said. As the two dridders left Zarinia turned to her daughter, “One more thing Zanik…”
