She takes the pills from you

She quickly looks at you. You stand there petrified looking at those large FF's.
Your sister uses this to her advantage by quickly grabbing hold of you while grabbing the bottle of pills.
She force feeds you a Blue pill while she puts the bottle to her mouth and consumes most of the remaining pills. You curl up in fear and pain as your bones crack as they dislocate themselves and grow. You feel muscles you would dream of having easily growing 5-fold everywhere on you. You feel a sharp crack on your head as you grow some horns and small scales cover your body. While this is happening you get a glimpse at your sister to find that she is growing larger by every sense by the second.
You faint.
