He started to scan the portrait and there was a faint signal from Vigo , but he didn’t think to scan the Portrait of Eleanor Twitty.
As the Rookie scanned the Portrait Of Vigo the Carpathian, He turned to grab the ladder when—“ I have been here since my return!!” Vigo said , Both Janine and the Rookie were speechless. As the rookie made his way over to Janine at her desk , they both check the scanner. “ Don’t Threat puny mortals , I have conversed many times with the Egon and Spangler.” Vigo said almost as if he was relaxed, the rookie had to know . “ Why was the tarp over your Portrait then ? I mean if you are no threat to us why did the guys cover you up ?” Janine was also surprised by this Portrait now speaking , so the rookie knew this wasn’t a common accuracy.
“ I was to weak to speak , and much to weak to even think begin my rise to power.” Vigo said , as he stretched his head in the painting . “ Yeah but I have been here everyday and never seen you, what’s that about ?” Janine fired back at him , “ the departure hour is late for you . I spoke after the late hours to them “ Vigo said , which means that Eggon and Ray had to of been talking to him after midnight. It was an odd notion but the rookie had a feeling they were in no danger, no danger from Vigo that is . Either way after all the logging and the fun on the ladder the rookie was ready to get settled in. “ Hey Janine I don’t think he is going any where , and the guys should see this when they get back. For now I just say lets head up stairs , I can get settled in and we can wait there?” He said . Janine smiled and walked towards the stairs , “ That sounds good , but I will have to come back down if the phone rings.” Janine said putting her arm around the rookies , Vigo Smiled malevolently .
he waited until they were both up stairs and out of ear shot , before he looked around the fire station. “ Ah I see the board members have found a new home.( referring to another painting across from him) But you didn’t wake me , come forth .” Vigo said as he glanced over to the Portrait of Eleanor Twitty.
