Something else.

"I was waiting for you to come home," Lydia says. "I was about to ask if you could come to my house."

"Sure," you say as you come out of the car, holding your rapier.

"Holy crap, what's with the scythe?"

"It's a rapier."

"To-may-toes, to-mah-toes."

"It's magic."

Lydia just chuckles. "Ha ha, what?"

"Watch." You slice your hand off with the rapier. This causes Lydia to scream. "Don't worry, I'm OK." You put your hand back on and it connects.

"That's odd, and kind of cool. Let's go to my house to test it out."

You and Lydia walk to her house, and you both are about to try using it when...
