New kind of kryptonite

Clark Kent and Lois Lane were heading to a reasearch wearhouse to get a first hand view of an unusual chunk of kryptonite. When they entered the facility they encountered a Professor named Issac Jameson. Jameson led the two reporters to the lab where the kryptonite was being stored. In the middle of the lab was a little rock, about the size of a human fist; it was the kryptonite. It was giving off a blue glow from within its lead glass case.
