The cashier complains about her fat arms

Jerry reached the register and was attended by a rather plump cashier. She wasn't what you would call obese, but she was definitely overweight.
"What will you be having?" she asked politely.
"Erm," began Jerry, quickly eyeing the menu, " A number 6 please."
"Okay," she said as Jerry pulled out his wallet, "That will be $6.50"
Jerry paid the cashier and waited for his food. As she went to hand him his order, she looked at her arms, which were fat, girly, and undefined.
"I wish my arms weren't so undefined." she murmured to no one in particular, and handed Jerry his order.
Jerry felt a slight shock as he grabbed the tray, and eyed the food court for a table to sit down in.
