"Alright, I'm not turned on by myself. Understandable enough, but what about other chicks?" You sit on the toilet seat, searching through your (limited) mental library of hot women, but after a few minutes, nothing happened.
"Maybe I just can't visualize things like I used to." Back in your bedroom, you run Google searches for the Jersey Shore women (Snooki, JWoww, and Sammi), which could bring you (as a male) to arousal in seconds. Once again, nothing happened.
"Wait, I heard somewhere that being gay wasn't your fault. Maybe another search can keep me from completely freaking out." Sure enough, you find that a person's sexual orientation is primarily biologically-based, most likely determined by hormones and the structure of a section of the brain. This made you realize that, even though you still considered yourself male, you could be (and most likely were) sexually attracted to other males without being gay. You confirm this by finding a picture of The Situation and feeling something near your stomach, along with a slight dampness in your boxers. "Yep, definitely female now. I wonder what I should do with this..." You find that, even though your body had changed, nothing else had. This means your older sister has never seen your new body before, all of your clothes are for your larger male body, your driver's license and credit card would be utterly useless, and you most definitely don't have a hairbrush capable of dealing with your new hair.
Choose your path from here. You can try to steal some of your sister's clothes to go somewhere, or go shopping with your own credit card.
