I wonder what I should do with this..." You find that, even though your body had changed, nothing else had. This means your older sister has never seen your new body before, all of your clothes are for your larger male body, your driver's license and credit card would be utterly useless, and you most definitely don't have a hairbrush capable of dealing with your new hair.
