Nothing happened?

Your sister had eaten a red pill. She didn't know that it wasn't an aspirin.

"Hmm... what was that?" said your sister. "It didn't taste like an aspirin... ah well, I'm sure I can find one somewhere in this house".

Interestingly, there was no effect to show that anything had happened to your sister... or was there?
