You hear her in your room.

After finishing your breakfast, you looked around the house, tried to find some traces. All of a sudden, you heard something slammed on the floor upstairs. "The pills!" - you thought and a picture of your sister flashed out of your mind. You hurried upstairs and then found your sister passed out on the floor. There were some purple pills beside her.

You have the following choices:

1. You call for help.

2. Your sister turns to another gender in front of you.
