Your name is Bernie, you live in New York and have just moved to a nice little apartment in Astoria, Queens.
You are so lucky that you found a well paid job in a computer consulting and service company right after your degreed. So you could move out of your parents house in Connecticut and come to the exiting city on NY.
The company, you are working in located downtown Manhattan in one of those huge sky scrapers in the 12.floor.
Your job is software tester and you are put in a new project team, working for a government order.
Today you are going to join the kick off meeting and arrive at your office right in time.
Before the meeting starts all participants have to sign a strictly disclosure agreement. You wonder how strict the paragraphs written in the document are, but think that this is normal, when you are working for a government project.
Two men in black tuxedoes were also waiting in the meeting room and after all team member have signed the papers the meeting starts.
Your Teamleader Jeff, programmer and web security specialist Anoop, an Indian and software designer Stefanie, a hot blonde woman were in the team with you as a software specialist. You wonder about the rather small team, but maybe the project is also rather small.
Anyhow you will get now the information from those two gentlemen representing the government. You wonder again if they are from FBI or CIA or any other state department you know not much about…
Anyhow the introduce them as agent Brown and agent Black and you are sure that those are faked names, even when they handle you and the team business cards with those names and contact data. They are sitting in some office in Washington D.C and they tell you and the team that the report directly to the presidential office… WOW you think and are exiting what this strange and mysterious project could be. You hope the they will come to terms now and tell you more.
And finally they indeed now come to details and it seems interesting. Agent Brown started to explain:
“Gentlemen and miss Steffi,
welcome to our first meeting. My name is Adolf Brown and I like to give you an overview about the project, what is about, why we need your help and about our expectations and your particular task to contribute.
We also waiting for Miss Jenny Grey, who will take the role of your contact person, but she is stuck somewhere is that awful New York traffic and the bus drivers are on strike so she didn’t get a taxi and but she will be here in a couple of minutes and explain her role then.
Anyhow , the project is about a secret government development and our lack of security which caused that some information and even technology was made public the last days.
We assume to have a mole, therefore it absolutely forbidden to talk to anybody outside this group and Miss Grey! Even your CEO and your families are not allowed to get notice about what you are doing!
If anybody has a problem with this, it will now time to leave!” he offered taking this very serious….
