You wake up and you're in a hospital and there's a doctor.

"Wha- What happened?" You ask.

"You and your significant other were in a car accident," the doctor says.

You look down at your body and other than a few scars and bruises, you are fine. "What about my girlfriend?"

"Oh, she was damaged badly in the accident."

"Oh, my God. Is she OK?"

"Oh, she's still alive, but we could only save her..."
