Just you got hit

You wake up and you're in a hospital and there's a doctor.
"Hello I am Doctor Bob. I am sorry but you were hit by a car that crushed your whole body so now you're just a head."
"Oh no! I am a head! My life is ruined!"
"There is a cure though. I have an experimental procedure that I can test on you. My niece was born with No Head Syndrome, or NHS, so she has no head. We had to give her a prosthetic head so she can eat and drink, but it would be very nice if she had a real head instead. I can transplant your head onto her body so you won't be just a head."
"What are my other options?" you ask him.
"Well, if you don't want to be my niece's head, your girlfriend has offered to attach you to her body instead, because she's always wanted to have two heads."
"Uh okay I'll pick..."
