You see Dylan staring down at you from the window

You lie in the grass with your bulging gut, your big brother is still struggling wildly inside your belly as you notice Dylan in a window looking down at you wide eyed.
You hear a house door open and slam shut, then the sound of running footsteps coming towards you, then both Dylan and his brother Cole appears in your field of vision.

What happened? why did you eat your own brother?? Dylan asks in confusion

You better let him out right now, or we'll get him out Cole says

Calm down guys, of course i'll let him out, i just wanted to teach him a lesson about fucking around with my friends, but i would need some help to get him out though, if one of you could hold my shoulders in place as the other reaches into my butt and pull Keroin out. (churning) as you hear you better get to it quickly before my stomach really hurts him.

Almost in a panic Dylan runs around Jamie and kneel down to lie Jamie's head and shoulders in his lap while holding him in place, Cole pulls of his t-shirt and kneels down between Jamie's naked spread legs and begins to slowly push his arm in between his sphincter, Cole is up to his armpit in Jamie's musky ass hole.

You're getting really close Cole, but you'll have to reach a bit further Jamie says.

Cole looks up at his brother behind Jamie, You better be ready to pull me out if he tries anything okey? of course, just hurry up and get him out Dylan says a bit panicked.

Then Cole reaches in with his other entire arm and then his head into Jamie's butt.

What happens?
