As she looked down at her beachball size buttocks, Penelope felt the pressure building up in her bowels.

She tried her best to hold it back, but the gas just kept building up and up until...

After releasing that huge fart, her entire room was filled with gas.

She started choking. If she didn't get out soon she'd surely suffocate.
