Roxanne.

Roxanne is Betty's blue clone. She has the power of stretching her body like rubber. She really enjoys being a construction worker with Destructa, because since she can stretch her rubber body, she can reach things that are out of reach for regular people to grab. Most of the time, people need ladders to reach high things. But with Roxanne in hand, they don't waste time getting a ladder. She decided to show Betty how wonderful a construction worker she is along with Destructa, but how does she do this?
