The light came from the space relic.

The light came from the glowing, blue space relic. "W-what are you doing, you put me down right now!" Mrs. Barrett said, trying to struggle out of the tight grip the relic had on her. Mrs. Barrett's eyes glowed a bright blue, the same exact color as the statue. "Gnnaahahahaaaa!" her body shook in place before falling to the floor, the relic dimming.

"Euurgh.... what HAPPENED to me... did anyone get the number of that truck?" she said, rubbing her forehead. "Nnnngh, I feel a little FUNNY~" she said as a tingling sensation filled her entire body. She managed to stand back up, albeit on wobbly legs.

She took a few steps out of Betty's room. "S-see, Purrsy? There's nothing wrong in there... You were just being mommy's silly kitty, aren't you?" But the cat just stared at her, with wide eyes. "Purrsy? What's wrong? Do I have something on my face?" The cat stared in shock, not even blinking.

"Oh, what's the matter, I don't look that bad, do I?" She said walking over to the mirror. But when she saw herself, she knew JUST what Purrsy was looking at...
