When they woke up, they weren't on there their bodies any more. You think that they have swapped heads, but they did not. Instead they are only heads on the ground.

"Lady Tsunade, what happened?", asked Hinata.

"I must have twitched a bit when performing the jutsu.", said Tsunade. They looked up to see their bodies. They seem to not be moving. And then...
