Huge fat animated baby wanting to try out naturism

In a manner of speaking these transformation pills will have at least transformed me into that of a huge fat animated baby who wants to try out naturism of some sort.

And if I remember correctly there are two characters that come to mind.

The first one would be Rocket Raccoon from Guardians of the galaxy in an animated form.

The second one would be Tommy Pickles from Rug Rats the animated series.

As I proceeded to take one of the transforming pills, I immediately wondered to myself about who I would transform into.

You have the following choices:

1. Rocket Raccoon.

2. Tommy Pickles.

3. Something else.
