Just turned 12 and...

It had just turned Tiffany's 12th birthday and she was beyond excited for whatever surprise her parents were throwing for her but unfortunately the day of her birthday also just so happened to be her parents' wedding anniversary!
"Sorry sweetie but your father and I are going out for the whole day! See you later on tonight." Her mother said as they were both dressed and heading out the door Tiffany fuming just pouted
"BUT IT'S NOT FAIR! WHY DO YOU HAVE TO HAVE YOUR STUPID ANNIVERSARY ON THE SAME DAY AS MY BIRTHDAY?" She screamed at the top of her lungs
"Now,now honey use your inside voice remember the neighbors might hear and don't worry about your special day we'll celebrate it this upcoming weekend." Her father said trying to butter her up as they both knew how spoiled she was but as usual it didn't work.
"Next weekend? Ahhhhhhhhhhh both of you are the worst......" Tiffany hissed
"Don't fret honey it will be okay in the meantime here's some extra money in case you want to do something special." As her mother handed her a $20 bill
"Only $20 bucks? Are you kidding me? You at least owe me $50 or $70!"
"Sorry angel but money doesn't grow on trees you know;anyway see you around we'll be back later!" As they closed the door behind them and literally boiling with rage Tiffany stood there clutching the $20 bill
"Uggghh they are absolutely the worst parents ever! Every year they ignore my birthday just to go somewhere else! If only I were bigger a lot bigger I'd be able to show them and everyone else! This is supposed to be my special day......." But she stopped when she felt a strange tingling sensation in her entire body and gasped
"Ohhhh looks like puberty's about to hit......." She thought happily but this felt like a different kind of growth spurt compared to what her parents or friends told her about:it felt like she was literally growing taller and wider than she'd later on in life how tall does Tiffany start off getting?
