Despite what Lindsay pretends to be, deep down she is still a kind-hearted girl.
So when she finally calms down, it took only a few seconds before Lindsay looked down at where "Regina" was and soon her expression went from anger to horror when she realized what she had just done.

Quickly, Lindsay stepped off Regina and saw the results of crushing her bully.
The doll in question had been almost flattened due to the pressure of Lindsay's foot crashing down on it in her anger. But Lindsay wasn't seeing the doll, instead, she was still seeing Regina... or what's left of her...
The sight caused Lindsay to step back as she covers her mouth in shock, "I- Regina, I'm sorry! I didn't mean to go that far!"
