a strange red glowing object

As you look out of your bedroom window, you see a strange red glow coming from one of the fields. You being responsible for the well being of the farm animals and the farm quickly get dressed and run down the stairs. There is no time for break first at this time but as you enter the kitchen, you get a strange feeling that things are not as normal. After quick inspection of the kitchen you notice that the table is set for break first but you don't remember doing it the last evening and you see that some of the plates are used and the chairs are strangely rearranged for some odd reason.
