Yell at them to get thier attention

"Guards!" You yell. "Pet in danger! Pet in danger!" The two guards, a panther and a wolf, instantly rush forward, past you, and towards Lorana. The hold out their spears, pointing them at Lorana's throat as she skids to stop.


"You dare attack the empresses' royal pet?" Sneers the wolf. "That's treason!"


"You're going to suffer big time for this." Growls the panther. Lorana snarls and raises her spear. "You'll have to stop me first!"


As all three of them lunge forward, Lorana lifts her tail, and a noxious green gas fills the room. The only thing you can see is green fog. And the smell. Oh god, the smell. Maybe Lorana won't kill you after all. Maybe her gas will make you gag to death for her.


You hear the sounds of the three amazons tearing and slashing at each other. You clamp a hand over your mouth and nose as you blindly feel you way around for Arkair's door.


You finally find the door and push it open. There sits Arkair on her bed, reading scroll, the amazons' form of books. She looks up from her scroll and smiles. "Hello, my pet. What do you........" She stops mid-sentence as she sees the green fog in the doorway behind you. "What's going on?"


"Lorana." You say between gasps, exhausted from running and holding your breath. "You were wrong.......... She did try to........... attack me.............. Your guards are...........fighting her."


Arkair leans down and picks you up, sitting you on her shoulder. "It's okay." She says soothingly. "You're safe now." You both look at the door to see a dark shape coming out of it towards you.





You have the following choices:

1. It's the two guards dragging Lorana by the arms

2. It's Lorana, bloodstained and grinning
