Genderless

Alpha and Theta Morph may be products of a scientific experiments although there are rumours they could be remnants of a captive alien.

No one at the Academy knows for sure and given their nature they have very few fixed memories of their own.

So whether they were once part of a single creature is a matter for historians. What is important now is that they both go to the Academy and despite some friendly rivalry they get on well.

Alpha Morph.
In it's natural state it might be a translucent blob, but no one (including itself) can remember when it was last like that.

Alpha is a chameleon predator who loves to take on the form of those it absorbs, having temporary possession of their memories as it tries to hide in plain sight. Because of the bits of experience it retains from each victim Alpha knows far more about what goes on at the Academy than many realise.

Theta Morph.
Theta doesn't like the solids at all. Although there is pleasure to be taken in absorbing fellow students for theta it is the joy of outsmarting the solids that counts.

Theta will take on the appearance of the objects around the Academy, whether a chair, book or sometimes even clothing. Then it waits for a victim to come by and absorbs them.

Other choice?
There are many genderless slimes you could choose, so if the Morphs are not to your taste then you can tell us about a different slime.
