He looked at the picture of the girl he was going to become, using advanced plastic surgery he'd truly be changed into this 33 year old Woman, he would then get a job at the suspected crime syndicate leader's mansion, from there he could come and go and collect intel without being noticed

At the end of the day after filling out all the Paper work, he headed down to the lab wear all of his surgery would take place. Then he would be briefed on the details of the situation and be trained how to be a girl, and a maid
