A GROWING Problem

Marina looks at Ryoko, but before she can respond, she and Ryoko both feel something odd in their feet. They watch as they see their sock clad toes burst out of the fronts of their shoes. mortified at this turn of events they both run into a nearby janitor's closet and lock the door behind them. The sides of their feet are already tearing the sides of their shoes as the material of their socks begin to thin, exposing their slender toes, Their feet have doubled in size in just a few short moments and are showing no signs of stopping.

"Geez," Ryoko says, "Your feet really reek"

""It's not just my feet," Marina replies, "and it smells like it's getting stronger."

Before Ryoko can reply their attention is turned to a tearing sound below. They both look down to see their toes tearing through the fronts of their socks. Their shoelaces begin breaking one by one as their feet continue to swell to 24 inches in length. their shoes lay on the ground, ruined, as their barely-sock clad feet continue their growth.
