A New Wife, A New Life, and Something Else?

When Greg woke up the next morning, he noticed right away that his wish had come true, because the woman sleeping next to him was not Susan, but rather was the woman from the porn video! Looking around the room, he spotted their wedding photo that hung on their bedroom wall. The woman in the wedding gown was the woman from the video, so it seemed that he must have married her instead of Susan. But he noticed something else in that photo that took him by surprise. He was different too. And now that he looked down at himself, he realized that he still looked nearly the same as himself in that photo.

How exactly was Greg different?
