Janet was working hard at trying to fix her brother for a while, but as we've already made clear, she was big girl, and big girls have gotta eat. Janet waddled down stairs to see what there was in the fridge and was mildly surprised to find her brother eating ice cream straight out of the gallon with his swollen belly exposed and jeans unzipped.
"Whats up with you?" she asked.
"I dunno, I'm real hungry, and these pants are starting to get tight." said Jake as he continued shoveling ice cream into his face.
"Interesting-"
"Shouldn't you be working on a cure?" began Jake, "I don't wanna get fat."
"Oh come on Jake, I'll fix you, I promise, but I'm taking a break to eat something. Any ice cream left?"
Jake shook his head and placed the empty container on the table.
"Then I'll be back, just sit tight."
